This no-knead white sourdough bread is made with unbleached organic white flour. It is long fermented for 12 hours, yet doesn't taste super sour and is super MOIST. This is the healthiest, most digestible form of bread and is made with only sourdough start and no store bought yeast added. It rises beautifully and is baked fresh and frozen to preserve freshness. Defrosts well--keep in the freezer until ready to use & then use within 3-4 days.

These SMALLER no-knead Einkorn sourdough loaves of bread are made with whole grain ancient Einkorn berries that are freshly ground (this is the most ancient form of wheat and MOST who can't tolerate other grains do well with this one--especially since it's true sourdough). An Einkorn sourdough start is used which helps the bread raise. It does not rise as much as white flour version but still comes out airy and MOIST. This is a whole-grain bread and is more dense as a result, but is very delicious. Great for toast! Baked fresh and frozen to preserve freshness. Defrosts well--keep in the freezer until ready to use & then use within 3-4 days.
