Fulfillment Policy

Monthly Orders:

Each month on the designated opening date, a new and fresh selection of produce, bulk and specialty items are made available from exclusive vendors and small local businesses. Once you purchase your products, the order closes approximately one week after order opening. We then aggregate all the orders from the various local and regional vendors for pickup approximately one week after closing. You will be sent a pickup date and time for your order.

Specialty Orders:

Oftentimes we have specialty items that are always available on the site. These items, once ordered, are available immediately for pickup. If you have any questions about pickup times and location, please email us at smartfoodsrexburg@gmail.com.

Classes:

We offer a variety of in person and online classes ranging from Beekeeping to Parenting. These classes are scheduled for specific dates, times and places, as mentioned in the product description.
