Paradise Dairy A2 Milk does not contain A1 beta-casein protein, which has been linked to inflammation in the gut. Inflammation has been shown to cause GI distress and discomfort. This is why independent scientific studies support that drinking A2 Milk gives you a digestive advantage over ordinary cows’ milk. No hormones or antibiotics! In the warm summer months the cows are on pasture. They are also fed a Non-GMO ration consisting of barley, sugar cane molasses, palm oil, and alfalfa.
*Freeze enough milk for the whole month and thaw as needed! It doesn't affect the taste in any way and allows you to have some stored up. (Thawing a gallon of milk will typically take a couple of days to accomplish in the fridge so pull it out before you need it.)
