Dark Bread Mix is made from Timtana Flour – a patented gluten free flour made from Timothy grass seed. It makes a dark loaf very similar to rye bread, especially if you add fennel and caraway seeds. This mix is high in protein and fiber which is not only good for you, but also makes bread that stays nice and moist for days.  Can be made in a conventional oven or programmable bread machine. Our mixes have very few ingredients – nothing you can’t pronounce!  They are free of the 8 most common allergens.  All of our bread mixes contains basic ingredients so the baker can add their choice of sweetener and oil, and have the option to make egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free baked goods.
