Gluten Free Toasted Oat Brown Bread Mix from Montana Gluten Free
Toasted Oat Brown Bread Mix makes a delicious loaf of hearty, gluten free brown bread. It is similar to the Toasted Oat Bread but has a little bit of Timtana Flour (made from Timothy grass seed) in addition to PrOatina Toasted Oat Flour to give it a darker color and slightly heavier texture. Thanks to the high protein and fiber content it stays nice and moist for days. Perfect for sandwiches, toast, or just because! Can be made in a conventional oven or programmable bread machine. This bread can easily be made egg and/or yeast free.
Our mixes have very few ingredients – nothing you can’t pronounce! They are free of the 8 most common allergens. All of our gluten-free bread mixes contains basic ingredients so the baker can add their choice of sweetener and oil, and have the option to make egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free baked goods.
