Kale, Green, Organic


Kale is great eaten fresh or in juice, but a really fun way to eat it is to roast it. Tear into bite sized pieces, and rub well with your choice of oil and seasonings. Then broil, stirring until crispy and lightly browned. It brings all the kids (and grownups) to the kitchen!
