These Premium Medjool Dates are commonly referred to as “The King Dates.” The Cadillac of all dates. Large, fleshy & incredibly moist. More complex & developed flavor--they are incredible! These have pits & are a bit messy to deal with, but sooo worth it!

Because of their low moisture and low water activity, dates have a long shelf life (1-2mo on the shelf in an air-tight container, approx 6-12mo in the fridge & a few years in the freezer--mine have never lasted longer than that so I'm not sure exactly how long!). They don't go 'bad' they just start to dry out & lose their moisture over time.
