Returns and Exchanges
Sometimes, as it is with fresh foods, you may find a bad apple or wilted lettuce in the batch. We try to catch all we can before you pick them up, however should we miss something:
- Contact us right away via email at email@example.com or by phone at 208.206.2768.
- If we have a replacement available within 14 days, we will replace the item with something of equal or greater value.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit is available.
Specialty and Bulk Orders:
All our suppliers are vetted and we stand behind the products we sell. If there is ever a problem with a specialty or bulk item, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 208.206.2768. We solve those on a case by case basis, but we'll make sure we'll treat you right in the end.
